LeadersAlive Leadership School is a 15-week live online journey with Steve Fish for people who want to thrive personally, create healthy cultures, and help others come alive.
It is a formation journey for people who sense God has placed something in them that has not yet fully come alive.
You may already be leading a church, a business, a team, a family, a classroom, or a ministry. You may be just beginning. Wherever you are, this school is for people who want to become more alive in God, more healthy in their relationships, and more fruitful in the lives of others.
We will not simply talk about leadership techniques. We will deal with the life beneath the leadership: intimacy with Jesus, identity, honor, communication, culture, questions, empowerment, and multiplication.
The goal is not just to learn more. The goal is to become more.
What is happening inside of you eventually gets reproduced around you. Pressure multiplies pressure. Fear multiplies fear. But life also multiplies life.

Before you can lead well, you have to live well. This first section goes beneath the surface to the inner life of the leader: intimacy with Jesus, New Covenant identity, and the confidence that comes from knowing who you are.
Culture is the environment people live and grow in. This section is about building relationships, teams, and organizations where honor is real, communication is healthy, and people are drawn out rather than shut down.
Healthy growth was never meant to stop with you. This section is about empowerment and multiplication, helping others step into who God created them to be and finishing your own race well.

Each session is built for teaching, application, reflection, and real interaction. Sessions are recorded for those who are enrolled.
